HOW TO SUBMIT
We do not give away print or digital copies, we use a print on demand service. Since it is print on demand the price per issue is much higher than if we ordered the magazine in bulk. We welcome submissions from professional photographers, inspiring models, makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe designers. You must follow the following guidelines: Images must be in high resolution jpeg format 300dpi with atleast 2500px. Our pages sizes are 8.5" x 11". DO NOT include borders, or watermarked images. Submitted images can NOT have been published by any other print or online magazines. Do not submit low resolution images or PDF composites. Submit your best 4 to 12 images and we will review them. Submit credits for the images when submitting the images use the following format and if you did not have professional hair/makeup/wardrobe mark NONE next to the category.
And any associated URL's or Instagram names for creative teams websites. Make sure all names are spelled correctly, they will be published exactly as they are submitted.

By submitting your images for publication in Depiction Magazine (and our Associated Magazines) you are stipulating to us that you own copyright to these images or have been given permission from the copyright holder to submit these images. You are granting our Magazine an non-exclusive license to use the images in its submitted form, subject to re-sizing to fit the magazine format, for publication and on our website for as long as the website exists. If an image is chosen to be used as a cover to our magazine you are granting our Magazine permission to use it for promotion of the magazine on social media and printed advertising. By submitting your images to us you can post the images on your website, blog, cards, portfolio, facebook, or any other social media. But you should credit the images to Depiction Magazine/Editions. We will retain non-exclusive publishing, usage and licensing rights, and online media.
